Our CMS

The heart of Plum iTV Middleware is a GUI that enables full administration of the subscriber's panel — creating, editing, and deleting subscribers, packets, channels, and VoDs, viewing statistics, configuring application languages, and more.

Middleware is fully integrated with Plum iTV Media Engine (Streamer, Load-balancer, NAS) and Plum iTV Transcoder, forming a Central Management System for the entire IPTV solution. All GUI components live inside a single Administrative Panel; the only separate part is Plum iTV Monitoring.

The Admin Panel contains every page needed for operations — Resources (TV and Radio channels, VoDs), Subscribers, Packages (channels, VoDs, multi-user profiles, storage packages), Categories, Promotions, Language settings, and system-wide controls.

  • Subscriber, package & resource management
  • Single Admin Panel for the whole platform
  • Integrated with Media Engine & Transcoder
  • Multi-language application settings

Monitoring

Plum iTV Monitoring collects statistical information from every system element — covering an end-to-end scenario. Metrics include CPU load, memory and disk utilization, and bandwidth, plus visibility into Frontend, Middleware, Database, and Transcoder. Beyond the core elements, it also integrates switching, routing, caching, load-balancing, and dedicated network storage.

The monitoring layer is extensible — additional third-party elements can be added through standard SNMP protocols (for example, the EPG server). All gathered statistics are presented on a system dashboard, either per element or as a slideshow of key performance measurements gathered live from every component.

  • End-to-end metrics: CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth
  • Coverage across all IPTV system elements
  • SNMP-based extensibility for third-party gear
  • Real-time dashboard & slideshow views
